See Every Contract at a Glance
Each of your contracts shows up as a simple card with the numbers that matter most:
- Commodity and contracted bushels
- Bushels received to date, with a progress bar showing what’s left to deliver
- Your contract price per bushel
- Delivery or pickup location and contract status
- Dollars paid to date
Active contracts sit up top; completed ones tuck away neatly so your dashboard stays focused on the season in front of you.
Track Every Load You Deliver
Behind each contract is a truck-by-truck record of everything that’s moved. For each load you can see the bill of lading, trucking company, delivery date, gross and net weights, total bushels, and the blended price per bushel.
You also see the quality readings PURIS recorded at the scale: moisture, test weight, split percentage, and foreign material, all measured against your contract’s grade thresholds, with anything out of spec clearly flagged. It’s the same grading detail our team works from, so settlements are never a black box.
Settle Up, Sign Off, Stay in Touch
The portal keeps the money side clear in both directions. Follow dollars paid to date against each contract as loads settle. And if you buy seed from PURIS, see every open seed invoice with its amount paid, amount remaining, and due date, right down to the line-by-line detail and supporting documents.
